We’re thrilled to present an exciting new feature designed to streamline the migration of your courses from rival platforms to Sales Innovo. This improvement is geared towards providing you with a seamless transition, ensuring an effortless and effective experience.

Where to find the Migrator:

Navigate to Memberships > Courses > Products > Create Product > Import

How to migrate a course:

• Step 1: Establish a Learner profile

Create a learner profile on the competitive platform and add all the courses you wish to import.

Input your relevant credentials and click Import.

• Step 2: Migration process

After hitting Import, it will log you in using learner credentials and commence the course migration. You can monitor the progress as it imports; for the most accurate status, hit the refresh button. To halt the importing process, click Cancel.

Tabs can be switched while the import is in progress.

• Step 3: Successful migration

Once the courses are successfully migrated, they will be visible under the Products section. The last updated information will appear under the Import section, indicating when the last process occurred.

Note: The import will bring in only the lessons that have been published and won’t include videos or sub-categories within the courses. Additionally, assignments, quizzes, and assessments will not be part of the import process.

The recommended themes for the Library and Product sections are Encore Site and Premier Product, respectively.
