Profiling: the Company does not apply data processing involving profiling.
Use of cookies
The Company uses cookies on its website.
During visits to the Website, one or more cookies — i.e. small files containing a character string — are sent to the visitor's computer, by means of which their browser becomes individually identifiable. These cookies are provided by Google and are used through the Google AdWords system. These cookies are only sent to the visitor's computer when visiting certain sub-pages, therefore they only store the fact and time of the visit to the given sub-page, and no other information.
The use of the cookies sent in this way is as follows: External providers, including Google, use these cookies to store whether the user has previously visited the advertiser's website, and on this basis display advertisements to the user on the internet websites of the partners of external providers — including Google. Users can disable Google's cookies on the Google Ads settings page. I. Legal basis of data processing
Data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or on the basis of a legal regulation.
The provision of data is voluntary; the data subject is not obliged to give their consent to data processing, however they acknowledge that without providing the data, the Company cannot start or continue the business relationship with them.
II. Persons concerned by the data processing, the purpose and duration of data processing
Data processing extends to the data of all partners / customers / principals (data subjects).
The Company processes personal data exclusively for the purpose (purpose limitation of data) of providing the services and payments defined in the mandate agreement to the data subjects.

The provision of data is a condition for the Company to provide the services defined in the contract; in the absence of their provision, or in the event of a subsequent request for their deletion, the service cannot be used.

Persons authorized to process data are the employees/agents of VR Global Solutions Kft.

The Company carries out data transfer.
The Company engages an accountant as a data processor for the performance of accounting tasks.
V. Rights of data subjects in connection with data processing
Right to information: upon the data subject's request, the data controller is obliged to provide appropriate information on the essential aspects of the data processing.
Right of access: the private individual may request information on whether data processing concerning them is taking place.
Request for rectification of data: the data subject may indicate that the processed data is inaccurate.
Right to erasure: the data subject may request the deletion of their data at any time.
Right to restriction of data processing: in certain cases, the restriction of data processing may be requested.
Right to data portability: the data subject may request the transfer of the data in a machine-readable format.
Right to object: the data subject may object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
Right to withdraw consent: the data subject is entitled to withdraw their consent at any time.
