With this exciting feature, you can now pause specific workflows or even all workflows within a chosen date range. And the best part? You can mark certain date ranges as “Annually,” so the same workflows will automatically pause on those dates every year—no need for extra setup next holiday season!
How It Works
The Pause Workflow feature has been added to the Global Workflow Settings for your convenience. You can select up to 15 date ranges, choose multiple workflows, and even see which workflows are paused directly within each individual workflow’s builder settings. It’s all about keeping you in control with ease!

With the holiday rush approaching, this tool becomes invaluable for businesses. From December 25th to January 2nd, for example, you can pause workflows to avoid interrupting your customers’ festivities. Simply select the date range, choose the workflows to pause, and you’re all set. It’s that easy!
Using the Feature
