AI – Terms and Conditions Agreement
1. Introduction
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the AI customer service webchat widget (“Service”) provided by VR Global Solutions Ltd. (“Service Provider”) to any business or individual who registers on the website ai.salesinnovo.com or hu.ai.salesinnovo.com (“Service User”).
2. Subscription and Payment
- The Service is a subscription software service.
- Service User agrees to pay either:
- $97 USD/month + VAT, with an additional charge of $0.0032 USD per message sent (VAT included).
- $197 USD/month + VAT for unlimited messages.
- Payment is to be made monthly and in advance.
- Payment can be made via credit or debit card on the website ai.salesinnovo.com or hu.ai.salesinnovo.com, using Stripe as the payment service.
3. Cancellation
- Service User may cancel the subscription at any time.
- In case of cancellation, the started month will be fully charged.
- Cancellation must be sent via email to [email protected].
4. Parties
- Service Provider: VR Global Solutions Ltd.

- Tax Number: HU25984408
- Service User: any business or individual who registers on the above mentioned pages.
5. Purpose of Service
- The main purpose of the Service is to increase digital sales and decrease customer service-related costs.
- It is important to note that the effectiveness of the AI is dependent on the quality of training. Service Provider offers various types of training methods for optimal training of the AI bot.
6. Training
- Service Provider offers various types of training methods for optimal training of the AI bot.
- Service provider only provides the platforms for training purposes, but the AI training itself has to be done by the Service User
7. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
- Any modification or amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- By registering on the website ai.salesinnovo.com or hu.ai.salesinnovo.com, both parties automatically accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
